A WORLD OF MY DREAMS
A fantasy that may get true someday!!
I dream of a world full of positivity, compassion, love, unity, and gratitude. A world without cruelty, and where unethical practices are not rewarded. Humans many times take action without considering the well-being of nature and other people around them. The only thing they pay heed to is money and their own selfish interests.
We need well-structured education where students are taught basic ethics and the importance of sustainable development. We should be cognizant of the mistakes of our past as well as our present, and take accountability for our actions so that measures of rectification can be implemented. Global warming, deforestation, poverty, cruelty to animals, and exploitation of natural resources are some of the many problems of today. Students should be encouraged and taught about the ways to reverse some of the damage so that we can save the species on the edge of extinction due to exploitation by us.
I dream of a world where societies reward you for being honest and support the right to freely protest against the wrong. Where the government listens and considers collective suggestions of the general public. A world where there is no dictatorship in the garb of democracy.
We need leaders and policymakers to make substantial policies like a limit on deforestation, reducing house tax for houses with large green areas, etc. These types of policies will encourage afforestation.
I dream of a world where there is no discrimination on the basis of caste, sex, and race.
I dream of a world where education and healthcare are feasible to each and every citizen of each and every country.
I dream of a world with ethical business policies and practices.
I dream of a world that is immigrant-friendly. No matter where you go, where you live, you are always treated with respect and warmth.
